The Elementary students meet by grade level for approximately 75 minutes a week for music class. Every grade level is involved in a winter concert. The spring concert is in conjunction with the elementary art show and always features the 4th graders. Other grade levels alternate between kindergarten/first grade and second/third grade.
The Middle School students in 5th and 6th grade are involved in choir during one period of the day, two days a week. 5th and 6th grade choir members perform in a winter concert and spring concert. For students in 7th and 8th grade, choir is an elective class. Students meet two or three times a week depending on the semester. Middle School Choir Members perform in the Fall Pops Concert, Winter Concert, and Spring Concert.
Students in High School Choir meet every day. In addition to the Fall Pops Concert, Winter Concert and Spring Concert, high school choir students have other performance opportunities including the Big East Honors Choir, Dorian Vocal Festival, and Solo and Ensemble. The High School Choir also performs at the High School graduation ceremony.
