If transcripts are not sent to the correct college it may hold up your fall class registration. Please review, make any changes if necessary, and write your initials behind your name this week.
If you received an invitation in the mail to the Academic Award Ceremony in the mail, please RSVP to Ms. Amanda in student services with the amount of people coming. Thank you
SENIORS: Mrs. Van Grinsven is starting to collect your baby photos for the graduation slideshow. You may submit 1-2 photos. Please get those to her no later than May 10th. You may drop them off in Student Services to be scanned or email them to her at vangrinsvena@hilbertk12.org
The Hilbert Driver Education program consists of two separate parts, the classroom phase and the behind-the wheel (BTW) phase. Students first take the classroom phase of the program online. Port Washington High School offers a fully accredited, comprehensive 30 hour course that allows flexibility for students to self-pace themselves and complete the curriculum when it is convenient for them. Students can begin the course when they turn 14 ½ years old. This allows them enough time so they can still receive their Instruction Permit (Temps) when they turn 15. The cost of the course is $99. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Stumo.
Those students who are interested in taking drivers education through Hilbert High School, please click on this link HILBERT DRIVER EDUCATION for more information.

Health Information:
When calling or emailing your child into school please provide the following details:
-Full name (first, last)
-Grade level
-Reason for missing school (illness, symptoms, appt., vacation, funeral, etc.)
My Child Doesn't Feel Well While at School- What Should They Do?
If your child is at school and does not feel well, our health room is located in the main office. Students will be evaluated by our office staff. We request that students not contact home on their own without first being evaluated in the health room. For most concerns 10-15 minutes of rest helps immensely and the student is able to return to class for the remainder of the day. Our main goal is to help students return to class and continue learning. If a temperature is high or other symptoms dictate, parents will be contacted by office staff. Please take a moment to discuss this process with your student. If you have any questions about his process, please call the office 920-853-3558.
Covid Protocols
Please see our Covid symptoms and testing information as well as guidelines for exposure and isolation.
