What is the Athletic Boosters?
The Hilbert Wolves Athletic Boosters is a group of parents, coaches, staff and other interested parties whose focus is to enrich the School District of Hilbert's athletic community and the community at-large by providing financial support for our student-athletes.
In addition to financial support, the Booster Club recognizes that participation in athletics benefits everyone; and the Booster Club promotes opportunities to build and strengthen relationships among all involved — middle school students, high school students, coaches, staff, parents and the entire community.
The Booster Club was formed in 2007, when concerned athletic staff and parents recognized the need to fund necessary items no longer economically feasible under the current school budgets. Club Members focus on fundraising activities to allow the purchase of these non-budgeted items. Requests for funds are presented by individual sport representatives at regular monthly meetings. Those requests are reviewed and approved by voting members present. Voting members include club officers and individual sporting representatives.
Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the front lobby.
